• As a Subscriber or Member, you gain access to our product directory and updates subject to the limitations outlined in the GPL License. This license grants you certain rights to use, modify, and distribute the products, but also imposes certain obligations. Please familiarize yourself with the terms of the GPL license before subscribing.
• Only individuals 18 years or older and using their actual details can subscribe.

3. Age Restriction

• You must be 18 years of age or older to become a Subscriber or Member.
• Users under 18 are permitted to access the platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian at least 18 years old, with their permission.

4. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for:

5. Refunds

• Due to the digital nature of Themexplug products, once downloaded, they cannot be returned.
• No refunds are given except in exceptional circumstances, such as:
  • Product malfunction: If a product is demonstrably unusable due to technical issues, ILUVIA GLOBAL will offer a full refund.
  • Accidental purchase: If you can demonstrably prove an accidental purchase, ILUVIA GLOBAL may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.
• ILUVIA GLOBAL reserves the right to modify these refund policies at any time.
