By using our website (themexplug.com) and purchasing or downloading any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
Section 1
General Terms
- License: When you purchase or download a product from Themexplug, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the item for your personal or client projects.
- No Resale: You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage our products without explicit written permission from Themexplug.
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Themexplug is not responsible for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our services and make purchases.
Section 2
Memberships and Downloads
- Membership Access: Members who subscribe to Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime plans are entitled to download products according to their membership type.
- Lifetime Members: Lifetime members enjoy unlimited access to all tools in the library for the lifetime of the product.
- Fair Use Policy: To maintain service quality, we operate a Fair Use Policy. Excessive downloading (such as attempting to download hundreds of items within a short period) is not permitted.
- Account Sharing: Accounts are for individual use only. Sharing your account credentials with others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Fair Use Enforcement
If we detect abusive or excessive downloading behavior, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend download access, review your account, or terminate your membership without refund. We define excessive usage as activity that significantly deviates from the average reasonable use by other members.

Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or account access has been granted.
If you experience a genuine technical issue with a product, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist you. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis solely at our discretion.
Section 4
Product Updates
We regularly update our library as new versions become available from the original developers. Updates are provided manually and can be downloaded from your dashboard at any time.
We do not guarantee that updates will be available immediately upon the original developer releasing a new version, but we aim to keep the library current. Access to updates requires an active membership.
Section 5
Availability
We strive to keep our platform operational at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of our services. Downtime may occur due to scheduled maintenance, server issues, or other factors outside our control.
We are not liable for any losses arising from temporary unavailability of the platform or its resources.
Section 6
Prohibited Conduct
When using Themexplug, you agree not to:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute any downloaded files without written permission.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to download content in bulk.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or decompile any product in a way that violates the GPL license terms.
- Share your account credentials with any third party.
- Use Themexplug for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its servers.
Violation of any of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
Section 7
Intellectual Property
All content on Themexplug, including logos, website design, product listings, and marketing copy, is owned or licensed by Themexplug and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
The themes and plugins available in our library are distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). Your use of those files is governed by the GPL, not by our ownership. Themexplug’s branding and website content remain exclusively ours.

Disclaimer of Warranties
Themexplug provides its services and products on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of any product.
We do not warrant that products will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that our platform is free from viruses or other harmful components. You use our services at your own risk.
Section 9
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Themexplug shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our products or services.
This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, or business interruption, even if Themexplug has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall Themexplug’s total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for your membership in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
